For members

Fund a farm before the season. Eat from it over time.

This is not a subscription box. It is a share of one known lot of food at a price agreed before the season starts.

How a share works

01

Buy

Buy a share of one named lot at a price set that day.

02

Draw down

Take held goods from storage or collect fresh goods in a pickup window.

03

Reorder

Buy into another lot when the balance runs low. Nothing renews automatically.

What you are actually buying

The honest version, before you pay anything

These terms are proposed, not final. Oregon prepaid-goods and unclaimed-property rules have not been verified. Do not publish these terms without counsel.
This is a prepayment, not a gift card.
You are paying in advance for a stated quantity of food from a stated lot. The agreement should say so plainly.
If you move away
Proposed: transfer the remaining balance to another member, draw it down at any corridor pickup point during the season, or receive a buy-back at the amount paid minus food already taken. Proposed refunds would be processed within 30 days.
If a balance goes unused
Proposed: a balance stays live for 18 months from purchase. Before it expires, the member is contacted twice and offered pickup or buy-back. Nothing is quietly forfeited.
If the season goes badly
Proposed: choose a comparable substitution, a rolled delivery, or a refund of the unfilled part. If the lot fails entirely, the unfilled part is refunded.
